Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Heat Pump, Gas Furnace, and Air Conditioning systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Replace Systems
- Install IAQ products
- Ensure timely completion of service requests
- Provide solutions to customer issues by offering our products and services
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Service Technician
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Clean Driving Record
