Associate Print Shop Operator – Jacksonville, FL
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Bill Rate: $21/hour

Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Associate Print Shop Operator to support daily print production and related operational activities. The selected candidate will receive training from senior staff and coworkers and will be evaluated on their ability to learn new skills, follow established procedures, and consistently meet quality, accuracy, and productivity expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned equipment and perform print production tasks according to established procedures and training.
- Maintain strict quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards to meet daily production and delivery deadlines.
- Identify, communicate, and escalate production issues to senior staff or the team manager.
- Follow workplace policies, safety guidelines, and business code-of-conduct requirements.
- Work collaboratively and respectfully with coworkers and business partners.
- Accept coaching and feedback to improve performance and develop new skills.
- Support inventory control and other production-related activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- 0–1 year of experience in print-to-mail operations, production manufacturing, inventory control, equipment operations, retail warehousing, or customer service-oriented roles.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, and maintain attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.
- Reliable transportation to the Jacksonville worksite.
- U.S. citizenship.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous mailroom or print production experience.
- Familiarity with inventory handling, production equipment, or warehouse operations.
Background Screening
All new hires must successfully pass an adult-life background check and a 9-panel drug screen.
Dress Code
Business casual attire is acceptable, including jeans, khakis, cargo pants, polo shirts, button-down shirts, and T-shirts without offensive wording or graphics.
