Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid/in-person role for an Outpatient Therapist located in Pittston, PA, Scranton, PA, and Glen Lyon, PA., with some work-from-home flexibility. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, managing cases, and providing family therapy. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and working collaboratively to support their mental health goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Experience in Social Work and Psychology
- Proficiency in Family Therapy, Individual, and group.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, etc.)
