Job Description: Job Summary Provides leadership and direction for registration, scheduling, and assigned teams. Coordinates staff scheduling, cross-training, and inventory control to optimize resource utilization. Administers practice policies and procedures consistently and accurately. Generates operational reports and supervises clerical staff to maintain high standards of service delivery. Essential Functions • Assists with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of support staff. • Approves and signs off on timesheets and PTO requests. • Ensures patients are treated with respect, properly scheduled, and that office flow is maintained. • Reviews and updates physician office schedules and communicates changes to team members. • Orders, manages, and distributes office and clinical supplies, and maintains supply inventories. • Maintains and updates employee files, certifications, and licensure documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. • Tracks equipment, prepares on-call schedules, and performs basic clerical duties. • Compiles and prepares data for productivity, compliance, process improvement, and special projects. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education Requirement High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience Requirement 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
