Qualifications
- Experience in Training Program Design, Curriculum Development, and Instructional Design
- Strong Presentation and Public Speaking skills
- Ability to assess learning needs and implement effective training strategies
- Collaboration, Mentorship, and Interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Technology Tools and Platforms for training delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the insurance or financial industry is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
