You bring a deep understanding of New Jersey, New York and other Northeast Coast employment laws and apply it to foster positive, productive workplace relationships.

YOUR DAY-DAY: (aka Responsibilities)
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issues, provide coaching, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Provide coaching to leaders on performance management, attendance, career development, and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal employment laws.
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, and Labor Relations to ensure consistent and compliant practices.
- Help foster a positive workplace culture by building strong relationships with employees and encouraging open communication.
- Use HR data and analytics to support decision-making and identify workforce trends.
- Travel to other East Coast stations as needed.
YOU HAVE:
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of NY/NJ and other east coast states employment laws and HR best practices. Knowledge of Florida employment laws a plus.
- Spanish/English fluency required (oral and written).
- Experience with unionized environments preferred.
- Prior media or entertainment industry experience a plus.

Base pay Range - $80,000-100,000 Benefits
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
