Responsibilities
Review and analyze current data and KPI metrics across Operations teams to streamline the collection, output and review for operational oversight.
Dashboard Development: Build interactive dashboards in Excel (potentially PowerBI) for identified KPI’s.
Centralized Procedure Repository: Help develop a structured digital library for all Operations policies and procedures that can be centrally accessed by all Operations team members.
Support process documentation and workflow improvements across Operations teams.
Participate in data analysis and reporting projects to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible hours if needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary: $20/hr
