We're hiring a Maintenence Specialist to join our Property Management Team.
Responsibilities
Able to handle minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
Minor carpentry and painting experience.
Exterior buildings and grounds maintenance experience
Work with minimal supervision and make sound judgments.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record is essential along with the ability to drive in all weather conditions.
Must have the stamina to lift/carry 75 lbs. or more.
Willingness to be flexible with day-to-day routine and hours as needed.
Wage Range
The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 to $22.00

Responsibilities
- General maintenance for all Univest locations.
- Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct.
- Substitute/Back-up Mail Center Specialists, as trained.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Monday through Friday 6:45 AM - 3:45 PM
