The Position:
We’re looking for a reliable and thorough make-ready technician to join our maintenance team who will assist in making sure that all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws.
The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of current proven experience in multi-family maintenance work or a relevant field, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
The Location: Edgewood Village Apartments | 2190 S. Uecker Lane, Lewisville, TX 75067
