The Position:
We’re looking for a reliable leasing consultant to join our team that effectively combines sales, marketing, and customer service while maintaining positive relations in our multi-family community, following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws.
The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of current proven experience in multi-family leasing or a relevant field, have knowledge of leasing rules, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
