The Position:
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team, who will maintain our community grounds and facilities while adhering to company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws.
The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of current experience in multi-family housing or a relevant field, be able to work independently, possess excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
