The Position:
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Groundskeeper to join our maintenance team who will maintain our community grounds and facilities, all while following company policies and procedures, safety standards, and other Federal and State laws.
The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of current experience in multi-family housing or a relevant field, be able to work independently, have excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritize tasks, show attention to detail, and have a working knowledge of the English language.
The Location: Wildwood Apartments | 4101 W. Adams Avenue, Temple, TX
