Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, from entry-level to executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS systems like Workday or PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms such as iCIMS or Taleo
- Conduct thorough interviewing and assessment of candidates to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth
- Manage talent pipelines through proactive research, cold calling, and lead generation activities to build a robust candidate network
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment law compliance to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide strategic talent management advice, and support succession planning efforts
- Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal policies
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or internal recruiting with a focus on talent acquisition strategies
- Strong negotiation skills complemented by excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday; experience with HRIS systems like ADP or PeopleSoft is preferred
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices across different regions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated expertise in social media management for recruitment purposes and relationship management with diverse candidate pools
- Experience with training & development programs and employee orientation processes to support onboarding success
- A proactive mindset with the ability to research market trends and leverage insights for strategic hiring initiatives
