Childcare Team Member
University United Methodist Church is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic person to provide childcare during church activities.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help create a safe, welcoming environment where children and families feel loved, valued, and connected.
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for children.
- Engage children in age-appropriate play and activities.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming childcare environment.
- Communicate professionally with parents and church staff.
- Follow all church safety and childcare procedures.
Requirements
- Must be available Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.
- Dependable and responsible.
- Previous childcare or children’s ministry experience preferred.
- Safe Gatherings certification required after hiring.
- Background and safety screening required.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
