Job Description:
As a BDC Agent at Subaru of Columbia, you will manage inbound and outbound customer communications, helping to schedule appointments and respond to customer inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to internet leads, phone calls, and online inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer leads.
- Set appointments for the sales department.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in our CRM system.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers to drive dealership visits.
- Follow up with customers who miss appointments and reschedule as needed.
- Achieve or exceed monthly performance targets for lead response, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high call and email volumes with professionalism.
- Previous experience in customer service or a BDC environment is a plus.
- Comfortable using CRM software and related technology.
