What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate and track facility services projects while supporting department priorities and administrative tasks.
- Serve as the primary contact for resident requests, questions, and service needs, ensuring timely follow-up and high customer satisfaction.
- Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), including entering work orders, prioritizing tasks, tracking completion, and generating reports.
- Support project coordination, documentation, and communication for maintenance, construction, and facility-related initiatives.
- Maintain records for permits, contractor compliance, fire life safety documentation, and assist with emergency preparedness planning.
Pay: $23.00 to $25.50 / hr DOE
About You
- Minimum of one year of experience in facility services, building operations, or an office environment.
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of facility management processes and tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with residents, contractors, and internal teams.
