Position Summary

The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).. This role is not a traditional administrative position, it is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of our network's leadership operations. The Executive Coordinator ensures the Chief's Office operates effectively by managing priorities, streamlining communication, and supporting board engagement. This role directly contributes to the academic and organizational success of the students and families we serve by keeping our Chiefs focused on what matters most. ●      Coordinate communication between board members and executive leadership as needed, maintaining appropriate confidentiality

Communication & Coordination

●      Facilitate communication across Home Office teams, school leaders, and external partners

●      Ensure alignment and follow-up on key initiatives led by the Chiefs

●      Identify and flag coordination gaps proactively before they become problems

●      Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions
