Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Assist patients in completing required forms for health records and billing
- Maintain accurate patient demographics and verify insurance eligibility
- Schedule and authorize radiology exams
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding registration and billing
- Direct medical-related questions to appropriate clinical staff
- Schedule appointments with the appropriate provider
- Scan documents into the electronic health record system
- Perform other duties as assigned
