We are looking for an experienced orthodontic treatment/financial coordinator for our multi-location practice. This is a full-time position in our Smithfield, Cranston and North Smithfield offices. Candidates must possess a friendly and positive attitude as well as a sound work ethic. Assisting the doctor in all aspects of presenting orthodontic treatment is the primary responsibility. - Educate patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment and choices.
- Make payment arrangements through various financing options and explain insurance coverage and benefits.
- Set up patient contracts when treatment is accepted.
- Conduct patient consultations alongside the orthodontist.
- Follow-up with patients through telephone calls and letters.
- Calculate fees for treatment based on various insurance fee schedules.
