Job Summary:
The Business Department at the University of Wisconsin-Stout invites applications for a tenure-track assistant professor position in Supply Chain Management. We seek an individual with expertise in Supply Chain Management, a passion for teaching, and leadership skills to fill this position starting in August 2025.
Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Supply Chain Management, Business and Operations Management
- Provide student academic advisement and conduct assessment of student learning
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management or related field by employment start date
- Five years of management/leadership experience spanning multiple areas of the supply chain
- Commitment to student success
Preferred Qualifications
- ABD or PhD in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Two years of combined teaching and/or industry training experience
- Professional certification with supply chain related organizations such as CSCMP, ISM, APICS, PMI, ASQ, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in statistical and modeling tools (i.e. R, SPSS, Arena, Excel Solver, etc.)
