FMLA & Onboarding. The HR Generalist provides comprehensive human
resources support across employee lifecycle activities, with a primary
focus on leave administration, employee relations, onboarding, and HR
systems. This position serves as a trusted resource for employees and
managers, ensuring HR processes are administered consistently,
accurately, confidentially, and in accordance with university policies
and applicable employment laws. The HR Generalist will manage the
day-to-day administration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and
other applicable leaves, assist with employee relations matters, and
coordinate onboarding activities through Workday. The ideal candidate is
highly organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and able to balance
employee service with sound HR practices. This is a full time, benefits
and paid leave eligible position, with a starting salary of \$50,000,

Administration Administer the FMLA process from initial employee request
through leave completion. Communicate leave requirements and
