is accepting applications for the position of Director of Admissions and
Recruitment. The Director is a senior leadership position responsible
for providing strategic direction and operational oversight for
undergraduate and transfer admissions and recruitment. This position
leads the planning, development, implementation, and assessment of
comprehensive recruitment strategies designed to meet institutional
enrollment goals and advance student access, diversity, and success. The
Director exercises independent judgment, serves as a liaison to central
admissions, supervises professional and support staff, manages budgetary
and operational resources, and collaborates extensively with campus
partners to ensure alignment with the University\'s strategic enrollment
plan and priorities. This is a full-time, benefit and paid leave

enrollment data, market analysis, and pipeline metrics to inform

Enrollment Plan. Evaluate recruitment effectiveness and recommend

Operations & Policy Oversight Oversee undergraduate and transfer
admissions operations, including application review, admission
decisions, residency determinations, and academic credit evaluation.
Ensure compliance with Universities of Wisconsin, state, and federal
regulations related to admissions and recruitment. Support direct
