Specialist - Interiors to join our Facilities Management team. the
Administrative Specialist - Interiors is responsible for managing
logistical operations of interior renovations and campus design
projects. This includes, but is not limited to: project schedules,
coordination with internal customers, vendor communication, invoice and
Budget Management, Additional Responsibilities As Requested By
Facilities Management leadership. This position will also include some
manual labor, paint/wall touch ups and furniture moving as required to
complete assigned projects. This is a full time, paid leave and benefits
eligible position, with the expected starting pay beginning at \$50,000,
commensurate with experience. Key Job Responsibilities: Manage
procurement activities related to design projects, including sourcing
and purchasing materials and finishes Support project coordination
efforts by independently managing assigned design responsibilities
Assist in evaluating spatial requirements, assembling and arranging
furniture Assist in coordinating renovation and refurbishment projects
from concept through implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables
are met Assist in reviewing projects for affordability, consistency and
completeness of design in conformity with plans and specifications
Research, develops, and formats project plans to ensure quality,
functionality, and sustainability Required Qualifications: Bachelor\'s
degree in Interior Design, Business Administration or related field,
from an accredited institution 1-3 year\'s of administrative support
