UW Health Northern Illinois seeks Orthopedic MD to join our orthopedic surgery team at UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois. Specialty specific intake and general call with a cohesive group of surgeons in a rapidly growing practice
Call 1:5 (clinical)
Built in referral base of 280 providers
ED Call is once a week

Education
MD or DO - Required
License/Certifications
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire - Required
Active Illinois medical license - Required
Board Certification or Board Eligible in Endocrinology. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years - Required
Bi-annual CPR certification - Preferred
