Qualifications Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program. Required Work Experience Surgical experience preferred; interest or prior exposure to breast surgery, oncology, or women’s health is highly valued. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Active PA license, including prescriptive authority, in the State of Illinois. Required
Active PA board certification (NCCPA-C). Required
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required
Hospital Only: Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
