Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Professor of Nursing (tenure track or non-tenure track) at the University of West Georgia's Tanner Health System School of Nursing, located in Carrollton, GA. The professor will engage in clinical and classroom teaching, contribute to curriculum development, and mentor students in nursing education, research, and practice. Qualifications
- Expertise in Nursing, including advanced practice and clinical knowledge
- Experience in Curriculum Development and Nursing Education
- An advanced degree in Nursing (such as a Master’s or Doctorate) and appropriate licensure in GA
- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
- A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia
- Research experience and a record of scholarly contributions are highly desirable for the tenure track position
