Examples of duties will include providing administrative support, maintaining multiple provider schedules for call duties, testing covering; including the updating of the Amion system, supporting provider recruitment itineraries, and entering of days off in Workday.

The Staff Assistant performs traditional administrative functions to facilitate the efficient operation of the office. The Staff Assistant serves as the primary administrative support person for a large department or group of physicians
EDUCATION:
Must possess an Associate Degree or equivalent experience
EXPERIENCE:
Previous employment in an office environment sufficient to demonstrate advanced administrative support skills.
