Key Responsibilities
Market Intelligence
- Monitor payer policy bulletins and reimbursement changes.
- Track industry and market trends.
- Benchmark contract performance against market standards.
Analytics
- Perform reimbursement and contract impact analyses.
- Develop negotiation support materials.
- Model proposed payment methodologies.
Reporting
- Produce regular contract performance reports and dashboards.
- Support dashboards for payer and value-based initiatives.
- Analyze payer trends.
Strategic Support
- Support contract negotiations and payer strategy development.
- Conduct competitive analyses.
- Identify opportunities for revenue optimization and risk reduction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years healthcare analytics experience.
- Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization skills.
- Understanding of managed care reimbursement and value-based payment models.
