Job duties

Program Management Forums and Division-Wide Programs
-
Develops, manages, and measures division-wide projects such as forums, presentations, staff engagement and leadership to advance the strategies and goals of the division Vice Presidents and leadership team

Develops content for the division leadership- including PowerPoints, articles, emails, newsletters, annual reports, videos, fliers, scripting, and intranet and other vehicles as necessary. Includes managing the P&T monthly newsletter, the P&T storefronts), PowerPoints for multiple monthly division meetings as well as the annual employee forum, and other video and photography

Manages the division content library including all images, publications, emails, PowerPoints, and more

Aids division committees/projects that require communications, including the P&T Employee Engagement Committee, DEI & Survey Results and more. Assists division in creation and editing of material and content for various institutional projects, including the Service Line project and others

Project Management
-
Develop goals and timelines with deliverables, including preparing presentations and written communication with stakeholders as it pertains to strategy development, business plans, and management systems.

Attends and coordinates various meetings related to assigned projects

Prepares and manages the agenda, organization, planning, and presentations for meetings

Keeps stakeholders regularly informed of progress, escalating issues when necessary

Consults and advises on departmental and other cross-divisional and institutional projects as needed by P&T leadership

Provides support for COO imperatives, when needed

Participate in Strategy Formulation

Supports strategic planning activities for the division

Facilitate discussions around strategy with other P&T division leaders

Coordinate with various departments to effectively collect, analyze, and integrate multiple forms of information to support decision making

Reporting & Analysis

Develop and utilize quantitative & qualitative mediums to communicate, track trends, and inform prospective decision-making

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards the optimization and standardization of programs and initiatives

Uses information to make recommendations and propose changes
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Experience
Five years related experience to include three years program management experience. May substitute required education degree with additional years of equivalent experience on a one to one basis. With preferred degree, three years of required experience.
