Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tyler, TX, for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to ensure efficient daily operations by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining organized records. Additional responsibilities include answering incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and performing a variety of clerical tasks to support the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling documentation.
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication to provide professional interactions with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in Clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records accurately and efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or other relevant software for administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in an academic or administrative setting is a plus.
