Job Description

Zest Culinary Services ( formerly known as MMI Dining Systems ) is looking for a Catering Supervisor for our account at University Tennessee Southern. If you have a passion for hospitality, a creative eye for details, strong communication skills, and you believe in jumping in and working hands-on, then this could be the job for you! We are looking for someone to not only continue our tradition of excellence, but to improve the guest experience.

As the Catering Supervisor you will be an important part of catering and food service. You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of events, including but not limited to; serving as the main point of contact for group functions, working in educational foodservice, understanding that a quality food service operation includes purchasing, budgeting, cost controls, maintaining a staff that functions in a friendly and efficient manner, and ensuring guest satisfaction is met.
