The position coordinates with applicable client personnel to perform data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, and contract administration.

The position will be responsible for processing invoices, deposits, Contract and PO entry, PCard and ledger reconciliations, maintaining and tracking campus compliance records, supply ordering, and other duties to provide administrative support for other UT departments.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of similar experience including experience in Excel, data entry processing and invoices in an office environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and computer experience.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to track and enter data accurately.
- Exceptional customer service and the ability to exercise sound judgement.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- Associate degree or Vocational/Tech training
- Associate’s degree in a business field and experience using a University ERP and interpreting fiscal policies and procedures.
- Business accounting and technical experience.
- Fiscal policy knowledge as related to the position.

- Onsite with option for 1-day remote
