This role assists in executing event operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong product presentation, and operational consistency. Key responsibilities include assisting with onboarding, training, and coaching Student Retailers to reinforce service standards and product knowledge. Helps supervise approximately 50 Student Retailers, supports visual merchandising execution, monitors inventory levels, and ensures accurate use of POS and operational procedures. The role frequently requires evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with the athletic event schedule.
