The Senior Custodian performs routine cleaning, housekeeping, and upkeep of campus buildings or area of assignment.
- Operates light equipment such as vacuums, shampooers, extractors, buffers, and scrubbers
- Cleans and sanitizes floors, restrooms, walls, and furniture in offices and institutional buildings and facilities
- Restocks supplies
- Empties and sanitizes garbage containers and removes recyclables/trash to disposal areas Mixes and utilizes cleaning solutions and chemicals

Minimum:
Typically requires a high school diploma or the equivalent. A valid driver’s license is required.
