The Accountabilities
- Maintain a high standard of organization to effectively manage event equipment, staff uniforms, and personnel requirements.
- Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and return of event equipment, including microphones, headsets, ticket scanners, radios, and wands.
- Provide flexible operational support to the events team by assisting with a variety of tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient event operations.
- Manage employee check-in at designated entry points and issue wristbands in accordance with event protocols.
- Communicate clearly and professionally using two-way radios to support real-time event coordination.
- Complete post-event documentation and reports, including tracking missing, damaged, or unreturned equipment.
- Issue, monitor, and maintain accurate records of employee uniforms to ensure accountability and organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent combined experience.
- Minimum Field of Expertise: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.
