Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Program manager, sustains and provides technical assistance to FoodShare’s statewide network. Contributes to the development of the program infrastructure, provides training and technical assistance to FoodShare hubs across the state, especially in rural areas. Contributes to identifying and mobilizing new FoodShare hub partners. Demonstrates commitment to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations. This position is established in support of expanded research activities.
Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 1 or more years of job related experience, which may be substituted by an equivalent combination of job related certification, training, education, and/or experience.
Required Certification, Licensure/Other Credentials
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 2 or more years of experience in the fields of public health, non-profit or related fields. May be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education and/or experience.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Proven networking, community engagement, relationship-building, and/or partnership development experience. A demonstrated commitment to food justice and/or community development. Strong ability to manage time and priorities while working efficiently, accurately, and under general supervision. Required to conduct business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures, and regulations.

Provides ongoing training and support to current member FoodShare hubs throughout the state. Provides support to hubs via zoom, phone and email. Additionally, travels to existing member hubs for training requiring travel.
