Job Description Summary
The University of South Alabama’s PCard and Travel Services department is seeking to hire a Coordinator, PCard and Travel Services I. Interested candidates should apply to be considered.
Essential Functions
- Reviews and audits Concur and paper travel expense reports to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
- Communicates with travelers about any missing documentation or policy deviation found during review.
- Assists with Concur travel training, to include independently conducting travel training via Zoom and in-person sessions.
- Establishes and maintains user profiles in Concur.
- Supports travelers by assisting them with Concur Travel Request and Report questions via email, phone or in-person.
- Assists with procurement card distribution in the absence of the Procurement Card Coordinator.
- Establishes account payable direct deposit banking information for individuals and companies.
- Uploads travel and direct deposit information in Banner Xtender.
- Ensure complete confidentiality of all information processed.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work scheduled as defined and overtime hours as required.
- Related duties as defined.
