Responsibilities
Pediatric Associates of Mobile, USA Health are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our thriving outpatient pediatric clinic. This is a full-time position focused on providing high-quality, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care for pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease management
- Perform well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and minor injuries
- Counsel patients and families on growth, development, and overall health
- Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings
Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency program
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama
- Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing patient-centered care
