Role Description The Undergraduate Clinical Director – Nursing is a full-time, on-site role located in Crown Point, IN. This position oversees undergraduate nursing clinical education, including planning, coordinating, and evaluating clinical placements to ensure alignment with program outcomes and accreditation standards. The role includes supervising clinical faculty, mentoring instructors, and supporting students in the development of professional competencies and ethical practice. The Clinical Director collaborates with healthcare partners to maintain and expand clinical sites, ensures compliance with regulatory and institutional policies, and participates in curriculum development and continuous program improvement.
