What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director Center for Professional Skills and Development position at University of Richmond?
SUMMARY:
This position manages the co-curricular and extracurricular activities of the Robins School of Business that are tied to developing students' interest in careers in business. Working closely with the University's Office of Alumni and Career Services, the director will serve as a focal resource for students who wish to better understand how experiential activities and career-related programs might be of benefit in helping to develop their professional business skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required; or
- Master's degree business or related field preferred
- 4-7 years corporate recruiting preferred; and
- 4-7 years corporate human resources or higher education administration required
WORK HOURS: Full-time with benefits, Monday through Friday, 38.75 hrs per week
SALARY STRUCTURE: Salaried Exempt
Pay Grade 7 (Hiring Range $54,413.00 to $72,093.00 annually)
