Responsibilities
The position plays a vital role in supporting comprehensive outreach and recruitment efforts to drive enrollment outcomes and strengthen prospective student engagement for four degree programs along with non-credit initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
Staff in-person and virtual outreach events such as networking dinners, corporate engagement events, and tabling activities to generate prospective student leads and promote program visibility.
Assist with recruitment operations during class weekends and candidate visits, providing logistical and student services support to enhance the prospective student experience.
Track attendance at outreach events in CRM and tracking systems, compile follow-up lists, and assist with personalized outreach through calls and emails to move prospects through the enrollment funnel.
Assist in delivering online information sessions and presentations to prospective students, supporting lead generation activities.
Conduct candidate sourcing through corporate outreach and alumni engagement efforts.
Maintain and update alumni tracking spreadsheets to support strategic alumni engagement and leverage alumni in recruitment efforts. Assist with event planning and execution, including coordinating logistics, communications, and follow-up for recruitment events and admitted student engagement activities.
Support targeted outreach campaigns (calls and emails) designed to solidify fall enrollments during critical decision-making periods.
The temporary employee will ensure these essential activities and safeguard enrollment momentum along with the achievement of university strategic goals.
