Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment operations, including job requisitions, candidate tracking, and interview scheduling.
- Support hiring managers and the Talent & HR Generalist with recruitment logistics.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate data within the applicant tracking system.
- Manage onboarding workflows in Talent Center.
- Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and ensure completion of onboarding documentation.
- Maintain onboarding resources and materials for managers and new employees.
- Serve as primary administrator for HR operational systems, including HRIS and case management platforms.
- Maintain dashboards, workforce trackers, and HR reports.
- Monitor data accuracy and support HR analytics for leadership reporting.
- Develop and distribute HR communications, including newsletters and PAE HR updates.
- Maintain HR resource materials, guides, and the internal PAE HR SharePoint.
- Manage student hiring operations and records.
- Track student workforce metrics and support related engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage operational workflows across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, promotions, role changes, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and employee data.
- Update organizational charts, vacancy trackers, and workforce data reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with HR policies and compliance requirements.
