Key responsibilities include initiating and updating award records and modifications, coordinating the receipt and upload of compliance documentation, creating and editing COI tables, sending awards for continued processing, and monitoring progress to reduce delays. The coordinator collaborates closely with faculty, division administrators, and pre- and post-award administrators to confirm accuracy and resolve issues. This role is essential to ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant award activation.

- Coordinate the collection, review, and upload of required compliance and supporting documentation.
- Create, edit, and maintain COI tables to ensure alignment with institutional requirements.
- Route awards for continued processing and track progress to reduce delays in activation.
- Monitor activation milestones and proactively identify and resolve issues that may impact timelines.
- Collaborate with faculty, division administrators, and pre- and post-award staff to ensure timely account
- Ensure all award activation actions comply with University of Pittsburgh, School of Medicine, and sponsor policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support workflow transparency and cross team collaboration.
