Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy (OTD preferred).
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience working with underserved or vulnerable populations, ideally in community or non-traditional healthcare settings.
- Strong background in interdisciplinary care, patient advocacy, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Prior involvement in teaching, mentoring, or program development is a plus.
- Collaborate on projects demonstrating the outcomes and value of interdisciplinary homeless healthcare.
- Oversee Health Sciences students participating in community-based settings.
- Teach and contribute to interprofessional education on healthcare for marginalized populations.
- Gather and report outcomes relevant to strategic plans.
