Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator in the Office of PittServes, reporting to the Director, will support the daily operations of the office. The Administrative Coordinator should possess strong organization, attention to detail and multitasking abilities; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to handle confidential information and excellent customer service skills. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, social media accounts, and other correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments, and assist the Director in office-wide scheduling
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, invoices, meeting minutes, and other documents as needed
- Support the office finances by purchasing items, processing invoices, grants and contracts, and supporting the Director in maintaining the office budgets
- Manage office supplies, program supplies, and coordinate facility and equipment maintenance requests
- Provide general administrative support for the office's programs
An Associate's Degree is required for this position as well as 3 years relevant experience.
