Join our team as a Content Coordinator and play a key role in maintaining and organizing the content that powers our RFP and RFI responses. What You’ll Do
As a Content Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our Qvidian Proposal Automation system. You’ll ensure that our content repository is accurate, up-to-date, and ready to support proposals for UPMC Health Plan, UPMC WorkPartners, and government products . While writing isn’t your primary focus, you’ll have opportunities to edit and refine content, making sure it reflects the latest information.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Keep our content organized and updated: Upload approved content, edit existing content, remove duplicates, and update key properties like keywords and review dates.
- Collaborate with experts: Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to maintain compliant and accurate proposal content.
- Support the team: Assist the Proposal Management team with production tasks and ad hoc projects.
- Solve problems: Partner with Qvidian tech support to resolve issues and keep things running smoothly.
- Train and guide: Help end users understand Qvidian best practices and assist with training materials.
- Stay proactive: Monitor quality metrics and support scheduled content updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Qvidian and experience with content administration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle extensive data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; writing/editing experience is a plus.
- Bonus points for experience in proposal development, insurance industry knowledge, or familiarity with AI platforms.
A team player who works well with Sales, Account Management, and SMEs.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business Management, English, Technical/Professional Writing, or related field with minimum of 1 years of professional experience in one of the above-mentioned fields OR 4 years of experience in one of the above mentioned fields.
- Proficiency in Qvidian and minimum of 1 year of experience maintaining a content repository, preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in Insurance or other Professional Services industry preferred
- Content administration skills, organizational skills, ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, ability to simultaneously coordinate multiple project timelines.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Preferred: Current PA Health and Accident insurances sales license or become licenses within 18 months of hire - Act 34
