This is a full-time, on-site role located in Norman, OK for a Technical Training Instructor. The responsibilities include designing and delivering technical training programs tailored to various audiences. The Instructor will develop engaging instructional materials, lead interactive training sessions, evaluate learning outcomes, and provide support to participants to ensure mastery of the skills or subjects taught. Collaboration with other team members to improve training strategies will also be part of the day-to-day work.

- Proficiency in Communication and public speaking
- Experience with Instructional Design and curriculum development
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
