Department Summary | The Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness (formerly known as the Office of Institutional Compliance and Integrity) creates an integrity-based approach that combines compliance with an emphasis on responsibility for ethical behavior. This includes making values driven choices that are rooted in the HSC Values and Code of Culture. The office has oversight and management HSC's Compliance Program which includes policies, clinical compliance, compliance education and training, privacy, investigations, conflict of interest and Code of Culture. |
Position Overview | The Project Manager within the Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness will provide project management and support across the Integrity and Awareness team for strategic department initiatives, compliance governance, integrity, and compliance program projects. Their role is to take on the responsibility for projects within the department and foster an environment of accountability to deliver on project commitments. The Project Manager is in charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting the project using various project management methodologies, such as blockchain and Lean Six Sigma. |
Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree and four (4) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
