Department Summary	The Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness (formerly known as the Office of Institutional Compliance and Integrity) creates an integrity-based approach that combines compliance with an emphasis on responsibility for ethical behavior. This includes making values driven choices that are rooted in the HSC Values and Code of Culture. The office has oversight and management HSC's Compliance Program which includes policies, clinical compliance, compliance education and training, privacy, investigations, conflict of interest and Code of Culture.
Position Overview	The Project Manager within the Office of Institutional Integrity and Awareness will provide project management and support across the Integrity and Awareness team for strategic department initiatives, compliance governance, integrity, and compliance program projects. Their role is to take on the responsibility for projects within the department and foster an environment of accountability to deliver on project commitments. The Project Manager is in charge of planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting the project using various project management methodologies, such as blockchain and Lean Six Sigma.

Minimum Qualifications	Bachelor's degree and four (4) years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities	In-depth understanding of concepts and principals of project management. Understanding of how project management integrates within day to day processes. Ability to lead and direct teams on various projects at the same time and able to problem solve using judgment based on the analysis of information. Developed interpersonal skills to exchange project information with multiple audiences. Be a reliable team member with the ability to consistently perform tasks independently and as a member of a team. Ability to manage projects in a way that inspires cross-functional team members to stay engaged and deliver excellent results Demonstrated experience in executing plans and in monitoring and evaluating results Must have a drive to understand, embrace and advance organizational culture Must have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must be an excellent listener and have strong interpersonal skills Continuous learner that is receptive to feedback
Preferred Qualifications	Master's degree in related field Professional certification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma

Job Duties

Responsible for project management and reporting on strategic integrity and compliance program projects and initiatives as well as the development and maintenance of project management and governance best practices and methodologies
Develop communication strategies about the organization's ethical and compliance standards with messaging that raise awareness
Develop and implement communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed about the organization's activities, initiatives, and achievements
Use various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and events that will effectively engage stakeholders
Create and develop engagement activities that enhance employees' skills in areas related to integrity and awareness
Work with key departments and leaders throughout to manage strategic, complex, and potentially confidential projects, assessments, committee activities as well as program management and reporting to support annual risk assessment
Work with Integrity and Awareness team members to deliver on strategic initiatives impacting the integrity and compliance program, risk, and engagement.
Analyze and deliver metrics that assist with the effectiveness of the program and ensure high-quality outcomes
Drive continuous improvement and standardization across integrity and compliance program projects
Schedule and conduct routine After Action Review sessions that identify and implement process improvements accordingly
Manage resources and ensure availability and allocation
Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project
Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation
Other duties as assigned
