- Maintains and organizes administrative files and/or records for JTR.
- Assists JTR Director with setting up and organizing recruitment, orientation, professional development events and activities.
- Supports operational and fiscal tasks such as processing requisitions, travel arrangements, and travel reimbursements.
- Screens incoming calls/emails and directs calls to appropriate staff member.
- Monitors and tracks JTR teacher candidates AmeriCorps service to ensure accurate documentation and progress toward meeting required service hours.
- Other duties as assigned by JTR Director.
