- Facilitate clear and respectful communication among team members.
- Organize and manage team schedules, including practices, scrimmages, and tournament participation.
- Conduct VOD reviews to analyze gameplay and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor student players to improve individual and team performance.
- In-depth understanding of Overwatch gameplay, including current meta and popular strategies.
- Familiarity with team compositions and role synergies.
- Techniques for fostering effective in-game communication.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience and adaptability are essential when working with student athletes.
- Ability to provide feedback constructively and encouragingly.
- Foster a respectful and supportive environment by upholding clear boundaries between coach and student, ensuring all interactions remain focused on skill development, teamwork, and personal growth.
